5 Nashville Must See Shows: September

It’s hard to believe it’s already September but somehow it’s here!  So I’m back again to help you map out your concert calendar for the month of September in Nashville with 5 must see shows for the month.  Here we go!

  1. Boyz II Men with the Nashville Symphonyboyz-ii-men-2When:  September 11 @ 7:30pm
    Location:  Ascend Amphitheater
    Price:  $38
    Why:  There’s nothing out like Boyz II Men to bring in Fall properly.  Getting to enjoy their sweet sweet harmonies outside on the lawn overlooking the skyline of Nashville….bliss.

    Location:  Public Square Park
    Price:  FREE
    Why:  It’s the grand finale weekend of Live on the Green and the lineup is crazy!!
    Thursday:  Young the Giant, BØRNS, The Revivalists, COIN and SIMO
    Friday:  Band of Horses, The Wild Feathers, The Sheepdogs, Josh Farrow, Aubrie Sellars, Nikki Lane and Daniel Ellsworth and The Great Lakes
    Saturday:  Ben Harper and The Innocent Criminals, Bully, Judah & The Lion, The Weeks, Elizabeth Cook, Gabe Dixon, Los ColognesAlanna,  RoyaleBASSH and Music City Mayhem Winner- TBA!
  3. Demi Lovato & Nick Jonas: Future Now Tour

  4. Amos Lee with Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors

    When:  September 16 @ 8:00pm
    Location:  Ascend Amphitheater
    Price:  $42
    Why:  Amos Lee hits my soul.  His music is transcending and any chance to seem him an outdoor venue like this is one not to be missed.
  5. Rachel Yamagata with Pressing Strings

    When:  September 19 @ 8:00pm
    Location:  Mercy Lounge
    Price:  $18 Pre-Sale/$20 Day of Show
    Why:  It’s the ultimate girls night out or a perfect date night, whichever you choose.  Mercy Lounge is such a cool venue, if you haven’t been before, trust me you need to check it out.  Rachel Yamagata in the language of music in fact means “All the Feels”….well not really, but it should.
